125 g beef mince, lean |
1 tsp olive oil |
1/2 cup brown rice, raw |
400 g tinned tomatoes |
20 g spring onion, chopped |
10 g spinach, chopped |
60 g broccoli, chopped |
1 tbsp curry powder |
1 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp mixed herbs |
Directions:
1. Rinse rice 2. Put rice in boiling water in pot 3. Brown mince in pan with oil 4. Add curry powder 5. Cook for a while 6. Add tomatoes, soy, herbs 7. Turn down to low heat and let it cook down 8. When rice and mince are nearly done, add broccoli, spinach, and spring onion to mince 9. Cook till done 10. Assemble and serve |
