An elegant champagne cocktail to serve at a special breakfast. This is from Betty C. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/3 cups orange juice, fresh, chilled |
1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or 1 (750 ml) bottle grape juice, chilled |
4 orange slices |
Directions:
1. Place sugar and orange juice in blender. 2. Cover and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds or until foamy. 3. Pour 1/3 C into 4 glasses. 4. Add about 1 C champagne to each. 5. Garnish with orange slice. |
