1. Boil 6 cups of water. 2. Combine Jello and Knox packets together. 3. Add to boiling water. 4. Stir until dissolved. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Add three cups of orange juice and 3 cups of champagne. 7. Stir until mixed completely. 8. Pour into 9x12-inch pan. 9. Refrigerate overnight. 10. Cut into 1x1-inch cubes. 11. Serve in clear bowl.
