Mimi's Pineapple Stuffing |

Fab with ham! Ingredients:
16 ounces crushed pineapple (canned) |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 egg, beaten |
7 slices white bread, torn into bite-sized pieces |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350. 2. Mix the butter, egg, sugar and pineapple in a bowl. Add the torn up bread and mix until all the pieces are covered. 3. Pour the mixture into a small, greased casserole dish (8x8 or 7x11). 4. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top and then bake for 45 minutes. |
