Mimi's Cornmeal English Muffin Bread--For Bread Machine

This is a yummy bread when you spread it with butter and honey. Toast it or not-it's good. Makes good sandwiches, too, especially if it's a deli meat and provolone cheese with lettuce and tomato.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
1 large egg
1 1/3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons regular dry yeast
1 1/8 cups water
1 small egg
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons regular dry yeast
Directions:
1. Put in your breadmaker according to manufacturers instructions.
2. Medium crust.
3. Cool on rack.
