Ingredients:
8 oz chicken breast, cubed |
1 cup seedless grapes, halved |
1/2 cup diced red onion |
3 stalks celery, diced |
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips |
1 cup blanched slivered almonds |
1/8 cup low fat mayonnaise |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken, cool and cube into small pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, basil, almonds mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix well; chill and serve over bed of romaine lettuce. |
