Ingredients:
1/4 cup milled flax seed, hodgson mill
1 packet splenda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 egg
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Melt butter.
3. Add egg to butter and mix.
4. Add dry mixture to butter mixture and stir well.
5. Microwave for 1 minute in cup.
