Muffin in a Minute Low card muffin. Perfect for atkins people! Ingredients:
1/4 cup milled flax seed, hodgson mill |
1 packet splenda |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 tbsp unsalted butter |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Melt butter. 3. Add egg to butter and mix. 4. Add dry mixture to butter mixture and stir well. 5. Microwave for 1 minute in cup. |
