Great way to cook pork chops. We like them with fried potatoes and onions! Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/2 cup beer |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Brown chops. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. 3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly til tender at least one hour. 4. The longer they simmer, the thicker the sauce gets, the better they taste. |
