200 ml soya milk |
4 tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon milo |
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender. 2. Blend until well mixed. 3. Pour the mixture in a glass. 4. Dust some milo powder on the top and serve cold. |
