3 1/2 tablespoons milo |
1 tablespoon instant malted milk powder |
1/4 cup oats |
1 banana |
1 cup milk |
1/2 tablespoon honey |
100 g frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. |
