1 cup caster sugar |
125 g butter |
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour, sifted |
1 egg (beaten) |
1/4-1/2 cup milo |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Cream butter & sugar. 3. Add egg, Milo & flour and mix to combine. 4. Form into biscuit shapes, allowing room for spreading during cooking. 5. Place on baking tray lined with non-stick paper. 6. Bake for 15 minutes. |
