My mom made this recipe for Sunday gatherings when I was younger. How I miss her...... Ingredients:
1 can eagle brand condensed milk |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 small can crushed pineapple drained |
1 small can coconut |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 medium container cool whip room temperature |
2 graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl blend together the milk and lemon juice stir in the pineapple, coconut and pecans then fold in the cool whip. Divide between the two pie crust and refrigerate at least 5 hours. |
