I got this yummy recipe from my friend Charlotte, she said I could post it. This is for 2 pies. Ingredients:
1-8 oz tub of cool whip |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1-15 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained) |
1/2 c. coconut |
1/2 c. chopped pecans |
6-8 maraschino cherries (chopped) |
2 graham cracker pie crusts |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Pour into the pie crusts and let chill for a couple hours or overnight. |
