My cousin just sent this recipe to me and said it was yummy. I haven't had a chance to make it yet. Ingredients:
1 pkg lorna doone cookies, crushed |
1 stick butter or margarine, melted |
2 3 1/2 oz. pkgs instant vanilla pudding |
1 qt vanilla ice cream, softened |
2 cups milk |
1 9 oz cool whip |
3 large heath bars, crushed |
Directions:
1. In 9 x 13 pan, combine crushed cookies and butter until crumbly, and then press in bottom. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and allow to cool. 3. Mix pudding, ice cream and milk together and refrigerate. 4. When crumb crust has cooled, pour pudding mixture over crust then return to refrigerator. 5. After filling has set, spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath Bars. 6. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. |
