Ingredients:
1/2 of 1 package (15 oz.) refrigerated rolled pie crusts |
2 cup(s) sliced peaches |
2 cup(s) raspberries |
1 cup(s) half-and-half |
1 egg |
2/3 cup(s) sugar |
1/4 flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Fit piecrust into a 9-inch pie dish. Place fruit in piecrust and spread evenly. 2. In a small bowl, combine half-and-half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; stir until well blended. Pour over fruit. 3. Place pie in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack before serving. |
