These are wonderful. Ingredients:
1 cup millet flour |
1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup oat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons arrowroot |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/3 cups milk |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
1/2 cup dried fruit |
Directions:
1. Mix together the dry ingredients, mix in the wet ones until just mixed. Cook on a hot waffle iron, or frying pan until golden brown. |
