Not too sweet, not to hot! Ingredients:
1 cup good ketchup, like heinz |
3/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/8-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 -2 teaspoon liquid smoke |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and boil about 5 minute.
2. Use for anything calling for BBQ sauce.
