With flavours of melon & mango this would make a refreshing summer cocktail. I lifted this recipe from Australian Bartender magazine. Prep time includes crushing the ice.
Ingredients:
30 ml midori melon liqueur
30 ml gin
60 ml mango nectar
Directions:
1. Build the ingredients over crushed ice. 2. Sit back under your nearest palm tree ;). 3. And relaaaax.
