Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup water |
1 quart half-and-half |
1 cup brandy |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until syrup consistency. Let cool. 2. Stir together cooled syrup, half-and-half, brandy, and vanilla. Serve over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg. |
