Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter
22 1/2 ounces non-fat powdered milk
22 1/2 ounces sugar
2 pinches saffron
Directions:
1. fold and mix together, in a glass container. Microvave till light brown, and keep mixing every minute. After it gets some color stop mixing and microvave it until it sets.
