This is a mild mexican dip that has a fresh tomato taste. The cumin gives it that ethnic flair. Ingredients:
1 4 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened |
1 8 oz. container sour cream |
ground cumin |
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced |
1 jar chili sauce |
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese or mexican blend |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Spread in pie plate. 2. Cover with a fine sprinkling of ground cumin. 3. Mix tomatoes with chili sauce. 4. Pour over mixture. 5. Cover with cheese. 6. Serve chilled, with tortilla chips |
