This is my own recipe for chili powder. Its not a copycat of anything i have used or tried. Just the results from the R&D of my own tastebuds. Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder |
2 teaspoons ground cumin |
1 teaspoon mexican oregano (not italian oregano) |
2 teaspoons garlic |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon instant minced onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons masa harina cornflour |
Directions:
1. Mix together,store in cool and dry place. |
