An easy shrimp and pasta recipe for dinner. Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
14 1/2 ounces tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano, undrained |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1/4 cup sliced green onion |
hot cooked fettuccine pasta |
Directions:
1. Sauté shrimp and garlic in olive oil until shrimp are pink. 2. Stir in tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Blend in cream and green onions, heat through. 4. DO NOT boil. 5. Serve over hot cooked pasta. |
