Another great recipe donated by my mom in law Gayle. Simple to put together and delicious! Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 cup chicken broth |
4 ounces green chilies, diced |
1 teaspoon oregano leaves |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
8 ounces white beans |
Directions:
1. Saute chicken with onion. 2. Add rest of ingredients. 3. Thicken with 1 Tbsp corn starch and 1 cup broth from the soup. Server topped with grated Montery Jack cheese. |
