Just a simple italian meatball recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. Using a tablespoon, spoon out a meatball, shape and place in greased baking pan. Once all meatballs are placed, cook in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until done. Then I drop into a pot of homemade spaghetti sauce and serve over farfalle pasta. |
