Mikes Blueberry Coffee Cake |

This is a wonderful cake that my friend Mike at work made. Blueberries are at their peak in the New England area. This cake is perfect for them. Ingredients:
3-1/2c flour |
1/2c shortening |
2c sugar |
3 eggs |
1c milk |
1/2tsp salt |
2tsp baking powder |
1 qt. blueberries |
topping |
1/2c sugar |
1/3c flour |
1/2tsp cinnamon |
1/4c butter |
Directions:
1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs;beat after each egg. Add flour,milk,salt and baking powder;mix together. Flour blueberries;stir into mixture with spoon. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 mins or till tothpick comes out clean.
