My family loves this recipe! My daughter says it tastes like the inside of an eggroll with noodles. Anyway....you get the idea.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 small onion, cut in half and sliced into 1/2 moon shapes
1 cup water
2 cups napa cabbage
2 cups bean sprouts
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce (or to taste)
1/8 teaspoon chinese five spice powder (or to taste)
4 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:
1. In a large skillet brown beef and add garlic, ginger, carrots and onion until vegetables are tender crisp.
2. Add water and remaining ingredients including ONLY ONE SEASONING packet from the Ramen noodles.
3. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through and serve.
