Delicious hangover food
Ingredients:
10 eggs
cilantro-chopped
creme/half and half /or milk (splash or three)
2 jalapeno or cerano peppers finely diced (seeded if you must)
garlic- minced or pasted
small to medium sized onion chopped
1 bell pepper of your choice chopped
corn tortillas
oil for frying
shredded cheese(sharp, colby jack or cheddarjack)-as much as youd like
advocado
Directions:
1. Fry up corn tortills in advance until they are crisp -then slice into strips
2. Start by wisking 10 eggs with creme/milk/half and half
3. Saute chopped onion /bell pepper/jalapeno and garlic until soft
4. season to taste( i sometimes add butter because butter makes everything better)
5. add tortilla strips to pan
6. add egg mixture
7. add cilantro
8. until eggs are the texture you like
9. add cheese
10. garnish with advocado, salsa sour cream
