This is an easy dish that can be a light beginner to any meal. The salad ingredients are easy to find and really add an usual flair to your salad.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup romaine lettuce per serving
1 scallion chopped per serving
1 tbs. pine nuts per serving
5 cherry tomatos per serving
1/4 cucumber per serving
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl
2. Toss
3. Adjust dressing as necessary for a light coat, do not drown! The flavor is strong!
