This is an easy dish that can be a light beginner to any meal. The salad ingredients are easy to find and really add an usual flair to your salad. Ingredients:
1/2 cup romaine lettuce per serving |
1 scallion chopped per serving |
1 tbs. pine nuts per serving |
5 cherry tomatos per serving |
1/4 cucumber per serving |
1 tsp. olive oil |
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl 2. Toss 3. Adjust dressing as necessary for a light coat, do not drown! The flavor is strong! |
