This recipe comes in handy when doing your own sprouting. Ingredients:
1 cup mung bean sprouts |
1 cup walnut pieces |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tomato, chopped |
1 avocado, diced |
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped |
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients. Yup, that's it. |
