This is great on chicken, pork and seafoods such as Scallops and Shrimp Ingredients:
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon curry paste |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon orange juice (i use concentrate) |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Comebine all ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Store in fridge. |
