simple lentil dish with lots of fiber. Ingredients:
1 cup green lentils |
1/4 cup bulgur |
5 grams raisins |
1 tbsp olive oil |
4 cups water |
1 pinch of cinnamon |
1 pinch of mint |
2 small red bell peppers |
Directions:
1. Soak lentils. 2. Saute onions. Add bouillon cube if desired. 3. Add lentils and water. 4. Add bulgur, small raisins and red peppers. 5. Boil until everything is soft. Drain if extra water. 6. Add cinnamon and mint. 7. Serve. |
