I found this recipe on a sour cream carton, Ingredients:
200 ml sour cream |
400 g chickpeas, drained |
2 teaspoons middle eastern seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth. 2. Sprinkle with a little extra seasoning and serve with pita bread chips, warm bread, or as an accompaniment to BBQ kebabs, burgers, or roasted vegetables. |
