Microwave Self Saucing Chocolate Pudding |

One of the easiest recipes in the world - cant screw it up! Ingredients:
60 g butter |
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla essence |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa (extra) |
2 cups boiling water |
Directions:
1. Place butter in a microwave proof dish, melt on high for 1 minute. 2. Stir in sifted flour, cocoa, sugar ,milk and vanilla. 3. Beat until smooth with a wooden spoon. 4. Sprinkle with sifted cocoa & brown sugar. 5. Pour over boiling water. 6. Cook on high for 12 minutes (watch incase it boils over). 7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 8. Serve with icecream or cream. |
