I cooked this for my food and nutrition test last year in school. The task was to prepare a breakfast item in under 15 minutes and it had to be nutritious and interesting.(: My teacher loved it.. Especially since it could be prepared so fast and still taste good! Read more ! :D Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter |
1 tablespoon milk or water |
2 eggs |
pepper and salt |
Directions:
1. Grease a microwave-safe bowl with butter 2. Crack eggs into a bowl and beat using fork or whisk 3. Add in milk/water, butter, pepper and salt to taste 4. Place in Microwave and cook for 45 seconds 5. Remove from microwave (egg will be partially cooked) 6. Briefly stir the egg mixture so the cooked parts blend with the loose parts 7. Set the egg back into the Microwave and cook for 10-second intervals checking each time until there is more solid egg than liquid. Be sure to leave some liquid though, and do not overcook it! |
