A fast, kid-friendly recipe found in the Mini Page of the local paper. Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking rice |
1 (3 1/8 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 cups whole milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a microwave safe casserole. Mix well. 2. Add milk. Stir until smooth. 3. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes or until boiling. 4. Stir halfway through cooking. |
