A quick microwave omelet recipe which literally takes 5 minutes. Ingredients:
4 eggs, raw |
50 g parmesan |
1/2 tsp mint |
20 ml milk,low fat |
Directions:
1. Place the eggs, grated parmesan, milk and mint in a microwave safe bowl. 2. Whisk briefly until the yolks are perforated. 3. Cook in a 1000w microwave for 3 mins. 4. Allow to sit for 1-2 mins, then Stir. 5. Cook in microwave for a further 1 min. 6. Allow to cool |
