Don't knock it 'till you try it. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats |
1 tablespoon instant minced onion |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup catsup |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine all the meatloaf ingredients. 2. Pat into a microwave safe loaf pan. 3. Cook for 7 minutes on full power in the microwave. Blot the grease. 4. Whisk together the sauce ingredients, and spread over the top of the loaf. 5. Microwave on high another 5 minutes. |
