Microwave Healthy-Er Chocolate Cake

This is really great for a weeknight dessert fix! I like to pour cold milk on it. It cools it down and the cake absorbs the milk. It is not an award winning recipe-but it is a quick/easy way to meet your cravings without messing up your kitchen.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons pasteurized liquid egg-whites
1 tablespoon applesauce
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (more if desired)
sugar, to sprinkle on top
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a microwave save large mug. I like to use a large glass custard bowl.
2. Add the next 5 ingredients and mix well.
3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top
4. Sprinkle sugar on top.
5. Put into the microwave. I cook it on high for 2 minutes first.
6. Continue to cook at 50% power unitl the middle is set.
