Microwave Good-For-You Brownies

this brownie recipe was taken off of fat-free archives- it definitely needs a chocolate sauce or frosting to help keep it moist- when i first attempted this with no sauce it got very dry- but with a chocolate glaze it's very nice
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour or 1/4 cup oat bran
3/4 cup sugar twin or 3/4 cup other sugar substitute
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 egg whites
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all dry and sift together.
2. Add in wet and mix - batter will be thick.
3. Spread evenly into microwaveable dish (not too large a dish).
4. Top with chocolate glaze or for super moist brownies- pour chocolate sauce in first.
5. Microwave on medium heat for 4-6 minutes until just a few moist spots remain.
6. Let stand for 10 minutes on wooden board or heatproof counter top.
