1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal |
1 apple, chopped with peel |
2 cups water |
1 tablespoon raisins |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup skim milk |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place oatmeal, water, spices, apples and raisins in a large microwave container and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until oatmeal is thick. 2. Allow to stand for a few minutes and serve with skim milk. |
