I love creme caramel and this recipe sounds simple and delicious! I haven't tried it myself yet, but will do soon. Cook time includes standing time (but not cooling time) Ingredients:
600 ml milk |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/3 cup sugar |
4 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Caramel:Microwave sugar and water on high for 6-8 minutes. 2. Pour equal amount of caramel into each mould and set aside. 3. Custard:Beat together eggs and sugar. 4. Stir in milk. 5. Strain into moulds. 6. Microwave on medium 10-12 minutes. 7. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. 8. Turn out when cold. |
