Use your microwave for corn on the cob that's just right every time. Ingredients:
8 ears fresh corn with husks |
butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Remove husks from corn, and wrap corn individually in plastic wrap. Place corn on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at HIGH 12 minutes, turning once. Let stand in microwave 2 minutes. Unwrap and, if desired, cut or break corn in half. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper. |
