this sound simple but good. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, finely chopped |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. crumble the beef into a 2 quart microwave-safe bowl. 2. add onion. 3. mix well. 4. cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. 5. drain. 6. stir in the tomatoes, chili powder and mustard. 7. mix well. 8. cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes. 9. add beans and mix well. 10. cover and microwave on high, 3 minutes longer. 11. add salt and pepper. |
