Simple chocolate fudge recipe from the UK Sharp Microwave manual. Ingredients:
150 g milk chocolate |
100 g butter |
450 g icing sugar |
45 ml milk |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate in a bowl by heating on 100% stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 2. Melt the butter in another bowl and stir into the melted chocolate together with the sugar and milk.Heat on 100% for 2-3 minutes stirring every minute until the mixture is thick and glossy. 3. Put into a greased rectangular 20cm X 15cm dish and chill until well set before cutting into pieces. |
