One of my fave , since it's juicy , less boney and Very ez to make . Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs ( fresh ) |
ginger and garlic juice |
tomatoes , depend on your taste |
1 big onion , diced |
1 pepper , diced |
2 tbsp chilli pwd , if u prefer it hot |
fresh salad vegetables - romaine lettuce , onion rings , green pepper , sliced |
Directions:
1. Marinate the Skinless thighs in Gin - Gar juice and pich of salt for 15 mins . 2. Press the chicken on microwave . 3. Blend the tomatoes 4. Fry the onion and the pepper . 5. Add the chilli powder ( optional ) 6. Check salt 7. Add the cooked drumstick . 8. Simmer for awhile 9. Serve on it's own with some Fresh salad vegetables and Thousand Island Dressing |
