I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese |
12 -15 teaspoons artificial sweetener (12-15 packets) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup heavy cream |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. *Use a heat-stable sweetener such as Splenda. 2. Place cream cheese in medium microwavable mixing bowl. Microwave at 50% (Medium) power for 1 minute, or until soft. Add sweetener, salt and cream. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until blended. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes until very hot. (start with 4 minutes, or you might cook it in the mixing bowl) Pour into microwavable pie plate and Microwave at 50% (Medium) power for 7 to 15 minutes, or until almost set in center. Cool slightly and spread with the sour cream. 3. Chill at least 6 hours before serving. |
