Directions:
1. in a microwaveable bowl, melt butter 30 seconds. Stir in flour and salt and mix well. 2. Add the milk and cook uncovered 2 minutes. 3. Stir after one minute. 4. Add cheese and stir til blended. 5. Cook uncovered 2 minutes until creamy, stirring twice. 6. Season to taste. 7. Pour over hot vegetables. |
