Recipe came from my friend Sondra in Lowell, Michingan. Ingredients:
1 (48 ounce) jar cooked great northern beans |
1 1/2 lbs lean pork, cut into cubes |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
14 ounces ketchup |
3 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar |
1 medium size onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients, mix gently but well. 3. Place into an ungreased casserole dish. 4. Bake uncovered for 5 hours, cover last hour. |
