Ingredients:
2 ounces mezcal |
1 ounce fresh lime juice |
1/2 ounce simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water) |
3 -4 ounces chilled ginger beer |
Directions:
1. Add the mezcal, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 2. Shake vigorously; strain into an ice-filled highball glass; top with the ginger beer. |
